The Journal of the Global Outreach Medical & Health Association (JGOMHA), founded in 2018. The JGOMHA is the official journal of the Global Outreach Medical & Health Association (GOMHA). The GOMHA is dedicated to the advancement of medical and health research and the exchange of knowledge, information and ideas. Its members are committed to mentoring future generations of medical and health investigators and promoting careers in academic medical and health. The JGOMHA publishes, on a monthly basis, peer-reviewed articles in the field of internal medical and health.

The mission of The Journal of the Global Outreach Medical & Health Association (JGOMHA) is to support the exchange of knowledge and information and to publish high quality medical, health, clinical, basic, and education research. As the official Journal of the Global Outreach Medical & Health Association (GOMHA), a Non Profit Organization, The JGOMHA will support the academic, educational, medical and health research activities of the GOMHA through the exchange of knowledge, information and ideas. Through these activities, the Journal will actively support mentoring, research activities and the scholarship of future generations of medical and health academicians.
